WHY CO-OPS MATTER

We started Hayet Albi Co-Op Bakery with the goal of providing our community and other businesses with high-quality, specialty, Levantine-inspired pastries with a focus on seasonal flavors. As a worker-owned cooperative, all members have equal ownership in our bakery. This ensures that we hold our work to the highest standards while mainaining an equitable workplace.
